CHALLENGE

Biggar Realty, a full-service real estate agency, needed engaging content to spotlight its top-performing new agents. The goal was twofold: build each realtor’s personal brand while reinforcing the agency’s reputation for excellence.

SOLUTION AND IMPACT:

Partnering with Matthew, one of the agency’s standout agents, I developed a monthly video series blending lifestyle storytelling with professional credibility. We used moodboards inspired by multiple industries to craft a distinctive, memorable narrative targeting clients who valued health, family, fashion, and community. Both long and short-form versions were distributed across social media as ongoing brand touchpoints.

OUTCOMES

The campaign directly fueled business growth—Matthew secured 22 new client deals in weeks, ranging from $2.5M to $30M properties in the Lower Mainland. The videos remain a core introduction tool for new clients and a lasting asset for Biggar’s brand presence.
