CHALLENGE
Glorious Care is a new home care agency providing private, at-home support for clients with moderate to severe health conditions or those needing full-time assistance with daily activities and lifestyle. The brand’s primary focus was to build trust with diverse families and inspire confidence in their services. They aimed to set themselves apart from other agencies, which often feel impersonal and overly corporate—large organizations that can sacrifice the personal touch essential to quality care.
Glorious Care wanted a brand identity that feels professional and high-quality while also reflecting their competitive pricing strategy, striking a balance between affordability and exceptional service.
SOLUTION AND IMPACT:
We began with thorough market research, identifying Glorious Care’s position in the upper-middle market offering high-quality, accessible services. To create a relatable and human brand, we developed a verbal identity that emphasized client autonomy and dignity—contrasting typical industry language that often portrays clients as helpless. Our messaging focused on a holistic approach aimed at supporting clients’ independence and alleviating family burdens, especially for those facing serious health challenges.






OUTCOMES:
The brand positioning and identity successfully communicate Glorious Care’s unique value: compassionate, high-quality home care that empowers clients and supports families with trust and warmth. With the new branding, GC was able to launch in less time than projected and secure multiple funding streams to support their operations and purchase new equipment.
DESIGN:
The new visual identity uses bright, inviting colors, warm and approachable fonts, and intimate photography to create a sense of comfort and professionalism. The people-focused logo was inspired by the founder’s personal story, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to personalized care.
