CHALLENGE
Lutésin, a pilot project with no prior experience in skincare or men’s health, needed an identity that was inclusive, disruptive, and sensual—accessible to men yet not overly feminine, tailored yet rugged.
SOLUTION AND IMPACT:
Starting from scratch with only product prototypes, we defined the brand’s core messaging, vision, and customer profile through targeted discovery. Drawing inspiration from raw, human-focused brands like Human Race and Rhode, we developed a visual identity with visceral colours, striking photography, and a model selection that resonated with the target audience.
OUTCOMES:
The launch exceeded projections within two months—tripling social media engagement, boosting quarterly sales, and generating insights that informed a new product line.
